Beginning Fall Crop Canning

Why would anyone choose to preserve their own food in today’s world?

Canning has been a tradition for generations and is an invaluable skill to learn. It allows you to have all the delicious spring, summer, and fall foods when the outside temperature is below zero!

Join us and learn the basics of canning. Everything needed for the canning demonstrations will be provided.

Learn how to preserve food safely. See a demo of Pressure Canning and Water Bath canning for vegetables and other types of food.
